Food Drive

For the month of May, the Columneetza Cares program will be having a food drive. We believe food is a human right and is an immediate and tangible way to help our community.  A 2020 community food hub project assessment in Williams Lake estimated that 2,520 individuals, or 21% of the population, accessed emergency food services. However, the situation has changed since then. Williams Lakers and surrounding communities have reported a 53% increase in demand for food bank services in the last 4 years.
